Open your PDF
Printing at home. Print on regular Letter or A4 paper, one page per sheet, and choose "Fit to page". If your printer can print on both sides and you know how, you can turn that on to save paper. Then trim the white edges and staple along the left side.
At a print shop. Ask for an 8.5 x 8.5 inch (21.6 x 21.6 cm) square book, full colour, on 100 lb text / 150 gsm paper, with a card cover and staples or a spiral binding.
